Installation beam

VBG Installation beams are adapted for most power plugs available on the market as well as air and hydraulic connections. Pre-drilled installation beam and a selection of installation washers provide for different needs and positions.

Flexible system
Installation beam and installation parts are supplied with a basic zinc manganese phosphatising, ED primer and topcoat with a high finish and first-rate resistance to corrosion as standard.
The beams are available in lengths of 734 mm and 826 mm, to fit Volvos and Scanias with inner liners. Other lengths can be achieved by adding 5 or 8 mm spacers as required. The hole spacing is adapted for mounting with EDH-2V endplates and underslung drawbeam DB 35V or DB 75V.
The beam is mounted with M14 bolts.
